Ingredients

Everything in Twist and Drink has to be high quality and natural. We have very strict inspections to make sure this is the case. Why do you think Twist and Drink tastes so good?

Because it contains purest Austrian spring water. In addition, it has been revitalized according to the so-called Grander method (www.grander.com). This water, plus natural fruit juice concentrate, sugar and citric acid is used to make the popular Twist and Drink.

There is nothing in your Twist and Drink that’s not completely natural! That means: no artificial flavours or colours. Because Twist and Drink is meant to be fun and taste good – naturally.

Spring water

People say that water is the foundation of life. It is very important for both children and grown-ups. That's why it's especially important to us that you get the purest spring water from the Alps in every Twist and Drink bottle. The water flows in directly from the springs at the foot of Schneeberg Mountain. That's why Twist and Drink is refreshing and quenches your thirst. Not only on hot days!

Fruit juice concentrate

Apples, raspberries, currants and cherries - what do these fruits have in common? They are all from our homeland and are processed into a fruit juice concentrate immediately after harvesting. That what makes your Twist and Drink taste so fantastically fruity.
This is guaranteed by our supplier and partner of many years - the Döhler company (www.doehler.com).

Sugar

Sugar is what makes Twist and Drink taste so deliciously sweet. Of course, the sugar used in Twist and Drink is also made in Austria. That guarantees top quality.

The main nutrients for us human beings are protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Just like a gram of protein, one gram of carbohydrates (including sugar) supply us with 4 kcal (17 kJ). In comparison, a gram of fat supplies 9 kcal (37 kJ) of energy.

The human body breaks carbohydrates down to glucose, or turns them in to glucose. Glucose is what gives our brain, our muscles, kidney marrow and red blood cells energy.

The carbohydrates are used in the human body above all to fill its energy requirements. The carbohydrates are not transformed into body fat until they reach a very high level (about 500 g/day). That would be about 23 Twist and Drinks a day!
